陈治清,湖南隆回人,文史馆员、古建筑工程师、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长、中国陈治清水墨艺术研究院名誉院长、中国人民对外友好协会全国理事、中国人民对外艺术交流院研究员、湖南省道教书画院副院长、中华国际宗教文化艺术研究院副院长、中国扇子艺术协会艺委会副主任、北京影视研修学院美术系主任。

Chen Zhiqing, a native of Longhui, Hunan Province, is a librarian of literature and history, an engineer of ancient architecture, deputy secretary-general of Calligraphy Art Research Association of China Couplet Association, honorary president of China Chenzhi Qingshui Ink Art Research Institute, national director of Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, researcher of Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Art Exchange, vice president of Hunan Taoist Painting and Calligraphy Institute, vice president of China Institute of International Religious Culture and Art, deputy director of Art Committee of China Fan Art Association, and director of Fine Arts Department of Beijing Film and Television Research Institute.

出版有多部书画选集。《中国书画名家陈治清邮票》由中国邮政总局出版发行,部分书籍被多家专业出版社出版,并由全国新华书店发行。

He has published many anthologies of paintings and calligraphy. Chen Zhiqing Stamp, a Famous Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Master, was published by China Post Office, and some books were published by many professional publishing houses and distributed by Xinhua Bookstore nationwide.
