宁衍诏,曾用名宁欣,字鲁人,号了然、泰山书生、布衣居士、墨童、墨宝堂主人、髯公。祖籍山东新泰,定居辽宁东港。现任中国北方象山书画院院长、墨海书画院院长、辽东书画院副院长。现为国家一级书画师、徐悲鸿画院特聘专业书画家、河北省书法家协会会员、辽宁省书法家协会会员、东港市书法家协会副主席。

Ning Yanzhao, formerly known as Ning Xin, was named Lu Ren, whose name is Ming Qing, scholar of Mount Tai, householder of cloth, Mo Tong, master of Mo Bao Hall, and Zhuan Gong. Originally from Xintai, Shandong Province, he settled in Donggang, Liaoning Province. He is currently the president of Xiangshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute in North China, the president of Mohai Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the vice president of Liaodong Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Now he is a national first-class painter, a special professional painter of Xu Beihong Painting Academy, a member of Hebei Calligraphers Association, a member of Liaoning Calligraphers Association and vice chairman of donggang city Calligraphers Association.

其书法作品运笔使转自如,韵致连绵跌宕;墨色浓淡兼宜,凝炼处力透纸背,疏灵间挥洒溢彩;章法严谨而结体放逸,墨韵雅致而意境悠远;观其书法美哉,宛如无言而有诗篇之意蕴,无动而有舞蹈之形神,无琢而有冥妙之情趣,无色而胜绘画之斑斓,无声而享音乐之旋律,妙趣横生,回味无穷。

其《书法三境界》与《四尽书法》标新立异,可见一斑:①本书。技法娴熟,书体准确,基本功扎实。一般均为“本书”者。②心书。脱帖脱俗,形神兼备,具有鲜明的个性色彩。非一般而能步入“心书”者。③灵书。开合有度,张弛有序,灵动飘逸,潇洒自如,游刃有余。从有我到入我,从入我到无我,从无我到空我;从有心到入心,从入心到无心,从无心到空心;入无我无心,空我空心之空灵境界,乃人书俱老,登峰造极。能达“灵书”者一代大师风范,实乃凤毛麟角。

《四尽书法》①笔尽。在传统中锋运笔的基础上,充分利用毛笔“柔软多变”的特性,尽量把笔锋发挥到极致。用尽一丝毫,铺开万千锋;②墨尽。在墨分五色的基础上,充分利用水墨“润泽细腻”的特性,尽量把墨色发挥到极致。写尽一滴墨,绽放百花园;③情尽。在读懂书写内容的基础上,充分利用情绪“激励宣染”的特性,尽量把情愫发挥到极致。抒尽万种情,合生一纸景;④意尽。在融会贯通的基础上,充分利用意念“放荡不羁”的特性,尽量把意蕴发挥到极致。纵尽万般意,化作一幅屏;愿创新催生一代“四尽”书风。
