【与党同心与国同行】中国书画领航巅峰人物——潘书祥

　　潘书祥,男,编审,高级工程师,1945年出生,河北邯郸广平县人。1970年毕业于北京外国语大学英语系,分配在中国科学院半导体所从事科技情报研究工作。1982年调入中国科学院办公厅,任院长外文秘书和秘书长秘书,秘书处副处长。1986年赴美国圣母大学,访问学者,后在该校管理学院攻读管理科学,获管理科学硕士。1990年回国后任中国科学院第三世界科学院北京办事处主任,1994年调任全国科学技术名词审定委员会常务副主任,《中国科技术语》杂志副主编。退休后曾任中国管理科学学会副会长和马来西亚华语規范理事会顾问。十多年间组织各学科权威专家开展了数十个学科的名词规范、统一工作及台湾海峡两岸科技名词的对照统一工作,为保障国家书同文、物同名,为汉语文化的健康发展及传播做出了突出贡献。

　　Pan Shuxiang, male, editor and senior engineer, was born in Guangping County, Handan, Hebei Province in 1945. He graduated from the English Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1970, and was assigned to the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences for scientific and technological information research. In 1982, he was transferred to the General Office of Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he served as Foreign Language Secretary of the President, Secretary of the Secretary-General and Deputy Director of the Secretariat. In 1986, he went to Notre Dame University as a visiting scholar, and then studied management science at the School of Management of the university, obtaining a master's degree in management science. After returning to China in 1990, he served as the director of Beijing Office of the Third World Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1994, he was transferred as the executive deputy director of the National Science and Technology Terminology Examination Committee and the deputy editor-in-chief of Chinese Science and Technology Terminology magazine. After retirement, he served as Vice President of Chinese Management Science Society and Consultant of Malaysian Chinese Standard Council. In the past ten years, authoritative experts from various disciplines have been organized to standardize and unify terms in dozens of disciplines and to compare and unify scientific and technological terms across the Taiwan Strait, which has made outstanding contributions to the healthy development and dissemination of Chinese culture.

　　现为中国国际文化交流中心理事,中央国家机关书法家协会会员,中国书画收藏家协会会员,中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会常务理事,中国国粹艺术鉴定委员会评审通过的中国国粹书法艺术传承人,国际文联国际艺术委员会委员,人民日报艺术鉴赏中心名誉副主席,中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事会理事,中华人民美术网理事。2012年入选中华文化名人堂。作品被多个单位、展馆收藏。

In 2012, he was elected to the Hall of Fame of Chinese Culture. The works are collected by many units and exhibition halls.
